Our care packages are designed for life’s meaningful moments — whether you’re celebrating a new baby, birthday, move, simcha, or sending comfort during a difficult time. They’re meant to be an easy, thoughtful way to let someone know you’re thinking of them.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes — every care package includes the option to add a personal hand written gift message, so your recipient knows exactly who it’s from and why you’re sending it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. At this time, we ship within the U.S. only.
Are the food items kosher?
Yes — the food items included in our care packages are kosher, with Cholov Yisroel items included when applicable. If you have any questions about a specific product, ingredient, or kosher certification, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to provide additional information so you can determine whether it meets your personal standards.
What if the recipient has food allergies or dietary restrictions?

What if there’s an issue with my order?
Because many of our items are food-related, personalized, and gift-ready, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your package, please email us at thecarepackagecollective@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos so we can review it.
Do you ship directly to the recipient?
Yes — you can ship your order directly to the recipient. Just enter their shipping address at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
What should I do if I want to send to multiple recipients?
Please place a separate order for each shipping address so we can make sure each care package gets to the right person.
